No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us meets your expectations.
All Sales are Final: All purchases made through Japanese Dollar Store are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Ship To Address: You are responsible for the shipping information you provide. Please make sure you are inputting the correct shipping address for your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Conditions for Return: Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.You can always contact us for any return question at alex@japanesedollarstore.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
